TL Geohydrographics Sdn Bhd (TLGH) was incorporated in Malaysia and established in 1991. TLGH is a subsidiary of TL Geosciences Sdn Bhd (TLGS), which in turn, is a subsidiary of SapuraCrest Petroleum Berhad (SapuraCrest). Over the years, TLGH has positioned itself to be the leading contractor in oil and gas industry specialising in hydrographic survey, geophysical survey, offshore construction support and underwater inspection services. In addition, TLGH is also actively involved in providing survey services to other areas such as submarine power cable laying, submarine telecommunication cable laying, utility gas pipeline installation, port construction, bridge construction, pier construction, navigation/admiralty charts development, verification and correction.

TLGH operates from two main offices. TLGH Sdn Bhd (Kuala Lumpur office) serves as central office for activities related to business development and marketing, commercial, contract administration, project management, project operations, offshore construction support, data centre, quality assurance and HSE management. While TLGH Pte Ltd (Singapore office) serves as central office for activities related to bussiness development and marketing, commercial, warehouse, logistics, equipment maintenance, equipment servicing, equipment repair, marine operations and vessel management. These two offices support the operations of TLGH Pty Ltd (Australian office).

TLGH Sdn Bhd, TLGH Pte Ltd and TLGH Pty Ltd are certified to ISO 9001:2000 standards, a stringent quality standards set and governed by International Standards Organisation (ISO). TLGH's Quality Management System was audited and certified by the internationally recognised ISO certification body - Det Norske Veritas (DNV).

TLGH owns and operate a fleet of four dedicated survey vessels - MV Teknik Perdana, MV Teknik Kembara, MV Teknik Putra and MV Teknik Satria. All vessels are fully equipped with state-of-the-art survey equipment and systems ready to be mobilised to any worksite. TLGH Pte Ltd and all survey vessels are all certified to ISM Code, a stringent marine safety management standards set and governed by International Maritime Organisation (IMO). Vessel's Safety Management System was audited and certified by the internationally recognised ISM certification body - Lloyd's Register while TLGH Pte Ltd's Safety Management System was audited and certified by both Llyod's Register and Malaysian Marine Department.
